1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the subscription services ("Services") provided by ICONICSOCIAL LTD ("Company") to the subscriber ("Subscriber" or "you"). By subscribing to and using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.1. Subscription Plan: The Subscriber shall choose a subscription plan from those offered by the Company, which may include varying levels of service and pricing.
2.2. Payment: Subscribers agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined by the Company. Payments shall be made in accordance with the selected billing cycle.
2.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew unless cancelled by the Subscriber. Cancellation must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
3.1. The Company provides virtual assistant services, as described in the subscription plan.
3.2. Service Availability: The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide services during the agreed-upon times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and if so will provide a reasonable solution.
4.1. The Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
4.2. Communication: Effective communication is essential. The Subscriber shall promptly provide instructions and feedback to the Company.
4.3. Confidentiality: The Subscriber shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
5.1. The Subscriber may terminate the subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined by the Company.
5.2. The Company may terminate the subscription and cease providing services in the event of non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or any other reason at its discretion.
6.1. Any work product created during the provision of services shall be the property of the Subscriber.
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions. Subscribers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Subscriber and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
